These Terms and Conditions govern your use of magicthegathering.co.za and any purchase you make from Untapped Apparel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur; if we discover a pricing error on an order, we will contact you before processing it.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
Orders and payment
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. We accept payments via Yoco (credit/debit card) and EFT. Your order will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver via our courier partner. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address you provided.

Intellectual property
All designs, logos, text and images on this site are the property of Untapped Apparel or used under licence, and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC; Untapped Apparel is an independent fan store and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your purchase of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
